DEPT TSR : Digital Ecomm Consultant (G6\) Role : SFCC B2C Engineer JOB DESCRIPTION As an SFCC B2C Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing e\-commerce solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform. You’ll collaborate with cross\-functional teams to build seamless, high\-performing digital shopping experiences that elevate brands and enhance customer engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, customize, and enhance SFCC B2C solutions to meet business and client needs. Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to create user\-friendly and scalable e\-commerce features. Implement and optimize front\-end components using ISML, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and other relevant front\-end technologies. Integrate third\-party services, APIs, and payment gateways to expand platform functionality. Optimize site performance, security, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Stay updated on SFCC best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Design, development, testing, and deployment of programmatic solutions that are maintainable and reusable. Communication of project progress via required methods in Jira and time tracking system QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Developer. Strong proficiency in SFCC development, including ISML, JavaScript, OCAPI/SCAPI, SFRA experience and understand how to use it; Have experience with MVC design patterns. Familiarity with Headless Commerce and API\-first architectures is a plus. Experience integrating third\-party services and payment solutions. Strong problem\-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Speaks English fluently. Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer certification is a plus. Have experience with Page Designer.
