We are looking for a data\-driven Digital Growth Specialist to manage our online presence. You will be responsible for maintaining our website, improving organic search rankings (SEO), and executing high\-ROI paid campaigns across Google and social media platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities**

 **Website Management:** Oversee website updates, user experience (UX), and performance monitoring.

 **SEO Strategy:** Conduct keyword research and implement on\-page/off\-page strategies to increase organic traffic.

 **Paid Campaigns (SEM/PPC):** Design and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

 **Analytics:** Track conversion rates and ROI using Google Analytics and Pixel tracking to optimize budget spend.

• *Requirements**

 Proven experience in SEO/SEM and managing PPC budgets.

 Proficiency with Google Search Console and Meta Ads Manager.

 Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (like WordPress).
