Digital Marekting Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a results\-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Meta Ads to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns across Meta platforms while contributing to the overall digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook \& Instagram).
• Develop audience targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads based on key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
• Generate quality leads and drive conversions through effective campaign management.
• Track and analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and audience retargeting.
• Experience with lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Meta Advertising are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in running campaigns for Education, EdTech, SaaS, or Service\-based businesses.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and SEO fundamentals.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets and scaling campaigns.
