Job Summary
Jeevika Hospitals is looking for a result\-oriented **Digital Marketing Analyst** to manage **end\-to\-end digital marketing activities** for our healthcare brand. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in lead generation, Meta Ads, SEO, website management, CRM tracking, and performance reporting.
This role requires strong execution skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate with front office and telecalling teams to improve lead conversion and patient acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation \& Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram Lead Ads, WhatsApp Ads)
- Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns (Search, Call, and Lead Generation)
- Improve campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI
- Generate quality leads for hospital services and specialties
Lead Tracking \& Call Monitoring
* Monitor and track
- Leads generated
- Call connected / not connected
- Appointments booked
- Walk\-ins and consultations
- Admission and surgery conversions
- Maintain daily lead reports using Excel and Google Sheets
- Coordinate with front office and follow\-up teams to ensure proper lead closure
SEO \& Google Business Profile Management
- Perform basic SEO activities including keyword research and on\-page optimization
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile
- Publish posts, update services, upload photos, and monitor reviews
- Improve local search rankings and online visibility
Website Management
- Update website content, banners, landing pages, and enquiry forms
- Coordinate with developers for technical updates when required
- Ensure service information and contact details remain accurate and updated
CRM \& Lead Management
- Manage CRM and lead management systems
- Track lead sources such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and Website
- Maintain proper lead tagging and follow\-up processes
- Ensure no lead is missed during the conversion journey
Reporting \& Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Present actionable insights and recommendations for conversion improvement
- Identify top\-performing campaigns and lead sources
