Job Summary

Malar Hospital is looking for a creative and result\-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and strengthen the hospital's online presence, promote healthcare services and support digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hospital social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
• Create engaging content, posters, reels, videos and promotional creatives.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Handle social media promotions and paid advertisements.
• Develop content for hospital services, consultant profiles, health awareness programmes and special events.
• Coordinate with doctors and various departments to collect information for promotional activities.
• Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance and generate reports.
• Manage online branding and maintain a consistent hospital identity.
• Support website updates, Google Business Profile and online reputation management.
• Ensure all healthcare\-related content is accurate and approved before publication.

Eligibility \& Skills

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Experience in social media management and digital marketing is preferred.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, video editing and content creation.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and social media analytics.
• Good communication, creativity and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
