About the Position

BRAINFRA IAS is looking for a creative, skilled and dedicated Digital Marketing \& Creative Media Executive who can manage our digital presence, create engaging content and strengthen our brand identity across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• **Social Media Management**
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Create and publish engaging posts, stories, reels and promotional content.
• Plan and manage social media content calendars.
• **Digital Marketing \& Advertisement**
• Create, manage and monitor online advertising campaigns.
• Handle Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and YouTube promotions.
• Develop strategies for audience engagement and lead generation.
• **Video Editing \& Content Creation**
• Edit promotional videos, educational videos, reels and shorts.
• Create attractive video advertisements and promotional creatives.
• Add transitions, animations, subtitles, background music and effects.
• **Graphic Designing \& Branding**
• Design posters, banners, brochures, advertisements and social media creatives.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Work on promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
• **PowerPoint Presentation Designing**
• Create professional and visually appealing PPT presentations.
• Design educational presentations, infographics, charts and diagrams.
• Format academic and promotional presentations.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or CorelDRAW.
• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Filmora, CapCut or similar).
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
• Good command of PowerPoint and presentation designing.
• Creativity, visual communication and content development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Relevant Diploma or equivalent skills.
• Freshers with relevant skills can also apply.
• Candidates with prior experience will be preferred.
• A creative portfolio or previous work samples will be an advantage.
