About the Role

Pet India Industries is looking for a proactive and customer\-oriented professional to manage customer enquiries, build strong business relationships, support lead generation and coordinate digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, managing follow\-ups and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• **Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.**
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to develop business opportunities.
• **Build and maintain strong customer relationships.**
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders and other requirements.
• **Generate and manage leads through online platforms and other marketing channels.**
• Support digital marketing activities, including social media management, content coordination and online promotions.
• **Maintain accurate records of enquiries, customer interactions and follow\-ups.**
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth customer communication.
• **Assist with day\-to\-day coordination and administrative tasks related to customer requirements, marketing and business activities.**

• *Requirements**

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in customer relations, business development, sales coordination or digital marketing.
• **Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.**
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently with customers.
• **Strong follow\-up, coordination and relationship\-building skills.**
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
• **Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.**
• MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
