• *Manager \- Website Product Management**

• *About the role**

You will drive the product roadmap for the website including revamp of the site and support in SEO initiatives, ensuring an improved customer experience, higher engagement, and strong organic growth. The role requires close collaboration with SEO, content, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Lead the endtoend website revamp** by defining requirements, coordinating with UX/UI teams, and managing feature releases.
• **Analyze website performance** using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improving traffic, conversion, and user experience.
• **Partner with cross\-functional stakeholders** (marketing, compliance, brand) to ensure content consistency and regulatory adherence.
• **Manage product backlogs, sprints, and documentation** to ensure timely delivery of website enhancements.
• *Required Skills**

• 3\-5 years of experience in Product Management (preferably Fintech, BFSI, NBFC)
• Strong understanding of web UX, UI, and responsive design.
• In\-depth knowledge of Technical \& On\-page SEO implementations.
• Working knowledge of any enterprise CMS (AEM preferable / Sitefinity / Drupal).
• Analytical mindset with experience in website analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
• Understanding and previous experience of drafting FSDs, BRDs aligning with Business Requirements and driving it to closure.
• Ability to translate business goals into product features and create documentation.

Strong project management skills and experience.
