Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing \& E\-commerce Manager to lead our digital marketing operations, online marketplace performance, and e\-commerce growth. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, driving SEO and website performance, overseeing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra, allocating marketing budgets, and preparing regular performance reports to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• **Digital Marketing Strategy:** Plan, execute, and manage end\-to\-end digital marketing activities across paid, organic, and performance marketing channels to drive brand awareness, traffic, leads, and sales.
• **Performance Marketing \& Advertising:** Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing, shopping campaigns, and other relevant digital advertising channels. Monitor campaign performance and optimise for conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• **SEO \& Website Optimisation:** Oversee on\-page and off\-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO coordination, content optimisation, website traffic growth, and search engine rankings.
• **E\-commerce \& Marketplace Management:** Manage and grow online sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other relevant marketplaces. Oversee product listings, catalogue optimisation, promotions, marketplace advertising, sales performance, and account health.
• **Marketing Budget Allocation:** Plan and allocate marketing budgets across channels and campaigns. Track expenditure, evaluate returns, and optimise spending based on business objectives and campaign performance.
• **Analytics \& Performance Reporting:** Prepare regular reports and dashboards covering traffic, conversions, revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, advertising spend, marketplace sales, and overall marketing ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• **E\-commerce Sales Growth:** Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion rates, average order value, and online revenue through campaign optimisation, pricing and promotional strategies, and marketplace growth initiatives.
• **Campaign Planning \& Execution:** Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand and sales objectives.
• **Team \& Agency Coordination:** Coordinate with internal teams, creative teams, marketplace partners, and external agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• **Competitor \& Market Analysis:** Track competitor activities, digital marketing trends, marketplace performance, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Required Skills \& Experience

• Strong, end\-to\-end knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, and e\-commerce operations.
• Hands\-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Search Console, and relevant reporting tools.
• Practical experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra seller or advertising accounts.
• Strong understanding of marketing budgets, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, sales analytics, and ROI measurement.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to prepare structured performance reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, and execution skills.
• Ability to independently manage marketing campaigns, analyse results, and drive measurable business outcomes.

• *Preferred:** Experience in sports, apparel, sporting goods, consumer products, or other e\-commerce\-led businesses.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
