Digital Marketing Executive

We are hiring a **Digital Marketing Executive** with hands\-on experience in **lead generation, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing**.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimise **Google Ads \& Meta Ads** campaigns.
• **Skilled in executing AEO strategies** to manage and improve brand presence within major AI engines.
• Generate **qualified leads** and improve lead\-to\-customer conversion.
• Track **CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI/ROAS**.
• Manage landing pages, lead forms, CTAs, funnels, and remarketing.
• Conduct audience, competitor, keyword, and market research.
• Manage social media, content, and email marketing.
• Use **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager**.
• Analyse campaign performance, run A/B tests, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with sales to improve **lead quality and conversions**.
• Knowledge of website design tools is a plus.

What we are looking for

• 2–3 years of practical **Digital Marketing \& Lead Generation** experience.
• Strong **AEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads** expertise.
• Knowledge of **SEM, performance marketing, conversion optimisation, and remarketing**.
• Strong analytical, communication, and campaign\-management skills.
• Ability to meet **lead\-generation and performance targets**.
