We are seeking a creative, data\-driven, and results\-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, generate qualified leads, and drive brand awareness across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media campaigns.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior using analytics tools.
- Manage Social Media and should have knowledge of Canva and AI
- Generate high\-quality leads through digital channels and marketing automation.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry developments.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Hands\-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and content\-writing skills.
- Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of PHP, WordPress, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or related digital marketing programs.
- Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, and Canva.
