Job Summary
Clovers Safety Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and result\-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support the company's marketing, lead generation, and business development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and managing leads, maintaining the company website, managing social media platforms, coordinating digital campaigns, and supporting the sales team through effective lead allocation and tracking.
The ideal candidate shall possess strong digital marketing skills and hands\-on experience with lead generation platforms such as Apollo.io and similar prospecting tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation \& Database Management
- Generate qualified leads for safety training, professional certifications, skill development programmes, corporate workshops, and consulting services.
- Identify and source prospective clients from platforms such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other digital databases.
- Build and maintain prospect databases of corporate clients, educational institutions, training centres, and individual professionals.
- Verify and update lead information regularly to ensure data accuracy.
- Support email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Lead Allocation \& CRM Management
- Allocate qualified leads to Business Development Executives and Sales Team Members.
- Maintain lead tracking records and ensure timely follow\-up by the sales team.
- Monitor lead conversion performance and generate periodic reports.
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
- Coordinate with management regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Website Management
- Maintain and update the company website and landing pages.
- Upload new course information, events, workshops, articles, and promotional content.
- Monitor website functionality and coordinate technical support when required.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Monitor website traffic and performance analytics.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, articles, announcements, and promotional campaigns.
- Schedule and monitor social media posts.
- Respond to inquiries and comments received through social media channels.
- Build online engagement and grow followers organically.
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote training programmes, certifications, workshops, books, and corporate services.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and mailing lists.
- Create and monitor online advertisements where required.
- Coordinate webinar registrations and digital event promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing analytics reports.
Content Development
- Assist in creating marketing materials including brochures, flyers, newsletters, presentations, and promotional videos.
- Develop basic written content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators when required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing Certification preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or related roles.
Essential Skills
- Experience with Apollo.io or similar lead generation platforms.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and lead sourcing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
- Website content management experience.
- SEO and basic SEM knowledge.
- Social media marketing expertise.
- Email marketing skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in training, education, consulting, or professional certification industries.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI\-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
