Digital Marketing Executive – Content, SEO \& Web Development

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and tech\-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to manage CAMFiN Global Academy’s overall digital presence, including social media, content creation, SEO, website management, Google Business Profile, and AI\-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, reach, enquiries, and admissions.

Content Creation: Create engaging reels, videos, posters, carousels, captions, and promotional content using available tools.

Social Media Management (SMM): Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms; maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting.

SEO: Optimize website pages, keywords, blogs, metadata, and local SEO to improve organic rankings and website traffic.

Website Development \& Management: Develop, update, and maintain the company website, preferably using WordPress, including landing pages, course pages, and basic technical SEO.

Google Business Profile (GMB): Manage branch profiles, publish updates, upload photos, respond to reviews, and improve local search visibility.

AI Tools: Use AI tools for content generation, video editing, design, research, automation, and marketing productivity.

Digital Presence: Maintain consistent branding, monitor online reputation, improve engagement, and strengthen the academy’s presence across digital platforms.

Performance Analysis: Track reach, engagement, website traffic, leads, SEO performance, and campaign results; submit regular reports.

Team Coordination: Coordinate with faculty, students, counsellors, and management to create authentic content and promote courses, achievements, events, and placements.

Required Skills

Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SMM, and content marketing.

Hands\-on experience with Canva, video editing tools, and social media platforms.

Familiarity with WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.

Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI\-based design or video tools.

Good communication, creativity, planning, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, IT, or a related field.

Relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and website management.

A portfolio demonstrating previous work will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations

The candidate will be responsible for improving CAMFiN’s overall digital visibility, organic reach, website performance, brand engagement, and contribution to student enquiries and admissions.
