We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic ***Digital Marketing Executive cum Graphic Designer*** to strengthen our brand presence and support our marketing initiatives.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in SEO, content marketing, and website updates.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create visually appealing graphics aligned with the company brand.
- Develop creatives for employee engagement, recruitment, and employer branding activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional and branding content.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital branding.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Creative thinking with strong visual design skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 6 months –2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design.
- Freshers with Certification, a strong portfolio and creative mindset are encouraged to apply.
