Job Summary

We are looking for a results\-oriented **Digital Marketing Executive / Manager** to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for multiple client brands. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and driving measurable business growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across all digital platforms.
• Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, sales, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
• Conduct audience research, create customer segments, and implement retargeting campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high\-performing ad creatives and copy.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize key metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
• Manage advertising budgets, scale successful campaigns, and conduct A/B testing to improve performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for clients.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• **2–6 years** of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Hands\-on experience with **Meta Ads Manager** and **Google Ads**.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications will be an advantage.
