Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

· **Keyword Research \& Strategy:** Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high\-converting short\-tail and long\-tail search terms relevant to the telecom industry.

· **On\-Page Optimization:** Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URL structures, internal linking, and content for target keywords across all web landing pages.

· **Technical SEO:** Execute regular website audits to fix technical issues such as page speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup implementation.

· **Off\-Page \& Link Building:** Develop and execute white\-hat link\-building campaigns, digital PR outreach, and guest posting strategies to build domain authority.

· **Content Collaboration:** Partner with content creators and web developers to align blog posts, product pages, and technical documentation with SEO best practices.

· **Competitor \& Market Analysis:** Monitor industry trends, track competitor SEO moves, and adapt strategies based on search engine algorithm updates.

· **Analytics \& Performance Reporting:** Track and report on key organic search metrics (rankings, traffic, CTR, conversion rates) using analytics tools and deliver actionable monthly insights.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

· **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· **Experience:** 0\-4 years of proven hands\-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

·**Tool Proficiency:** Strong expertise with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4\), SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google trends and Moz.

·**Technical Understanding:** Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, site architecture, and web performance optimization.

·**Industry Knowledge:** Understanding of local SEO techniques, structured data, and recent search engine core algorithm changes.

· **Analytical Mindset:** Excellent problem\-solving skills with a data\-driven approach to strategy.
