Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking an **experienced Digital Marketing Executive** who can design and execute **high\-performing digital campaigns**.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• **1\- 2 years of experience** in **digital marketing and lead generation**, preferably in **EdTech, recruitment, or overseas education sectors**.
• Proven expertise in **Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and CRM tools** .
• Strong understanding of **lead funnels**, conversion optimization, and remarketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, manage, and optimize **digital marketing campaigns** across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Develop and execute strategies for **lead generation and nurturing** targeting nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Manage **SEO, SEM, and paid advertising** for maximum ROI and conversion efficiency.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create **engaging ad creatives, videos, and landing pages**.
• Track campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Tag Manager**, and prepare performance reports.
• Implement **email and WhatsApp marketing automation** for lead follow\-up and engagement.
• Conduct **competitor and market analysis** to identify new growth opportunities.
• Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics closely to ensure maximum efficiency.
