- *DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE**

About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and finance\-savvy Digital Marketing Executive who can manage the complete digital presence of two brands — FinMentor (finance\-expert platform) and Investmentor Securities Ltd. (full\-service stock broking).
The ideal candidate understands financial markets, social media trends, and content creation, and can drive engagement across all platforms with consistency and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
1\. **Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow official pages on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp communities.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule for both brands.
- Actively respond to comments, DMs, and community queries to build trust and engagement.

2\. **Content Planning \& Trend Research**
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals \& market trends.
- Research finance trends, viral formats, and competitor strategies.
- Convert complex finance topics into simple, engaging content pieces.

3\. **Scriptwriting \& Content Creation**
- Write scripts for Reels, YouTube Shorts, expert videos, product videos, educational content, and promotional reels.
- Draft high\-quality captions, copywriting content, emailers, WhatsApp messages, and marketing creatives.
- Craft storytelling and educational content around markets, finance, trading, and personal finance.

4\. **Product Awareness \& Strategy**
- Understand product offerings of both brands and build strategies accordingly.
o For FinMentor: expert consultations, app features, finance topics.
o For Investmentor: MTF, IPO updates, market insights, trading \& investing content.
- Identify which content formats \& platforms work best for each product.
- Suggest campaign ideas to increase reach, leads, and conversions.

- 5 **Knowledge of Performance Marketing**
. App Marketing \& Social Media to lead the launch and growth of the FinMentor app. This person will be responsible for building brand awareness,
- Drive app downloads, engagement, and retention
- Manage social media and paid campaigns (Meta \& Google)
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Track and optimize key metrics (CPI, CAC, ROAS, conversions)
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams
- Build influencer and community partnerships

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of stock market, trading basics, investments, mutual funds, IPOs, market news, etc.
- Excellent scriptwriting, storytelling \& communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva (must).
- Creative mindset \+ trend awareness.
- Ability to simplify finance concepts into relatable content.
- Strong organisational skills to manage two brands simultaneously.

- *Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**

- Ability to shoot basic content using phone (optional).
