Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s **social media and digital marketing activities**.
• Create engaging **content, posts, reels, videos and creatives** for projects and brand promotion.
• Develop and execute **digital campaigns for lead generation**.
• Manage **Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid campaigns**.
• Coordinate with the Sales team for lead tracking and follow\-up.
• Create marketing collaterals such as **brochures, banners and presentations**.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality and engagement.
• Research trends and develop ideas to strengthen the company’s **digital presence and brand visibility**.

Requirements

• **2\+ years of hands\-on experience** in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in **content creation and social media management**.
• Good knowledge of **Meta Ads, Google Ads and lead generation**.
• Proficiency in **Canva / Photoshop / similar design tools**.
• Basic video and reel editing skills.
• Strong communication, creativity and execution skills.
