We are looking for a creative and proactive UI/UX Designer \& Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging marketing materials, creating social media content, developing promotional videos, improving online visibility through SEO, managing social media platforms, and contributing innovative marketing ideas to help grow our brand.
- Design high\-quality flyers, posters, banners, menus, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Design user\-friendly website and mobile app interfaces when required.
- *Video Content Creation**
- Create and edit short\-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Add animations, transitions, captions, music, and effects to improve engagement.
- Produce promotional and event\-related video content.
- *Social Media Management**
- Manage daily posting and scheduling across social media platforms.
- Create content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
- Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports.
- *SEO \& Digital Marketing**
- Perform on\-page and basic off\-page SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, images, and metadata for search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in running digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Improve local SEO and online business visibility.
- *Marketing \& Innovation**
- Generate new marketing ideas and campaign concepts.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities.
- Plan seasonal promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to develop growth strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.**Preferred Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
1–3\+ years of experience in graphic design, social media management, or digital marketing.
Portfolio showcasing design work, social media campaigns, and video projects.
Experience with paid advertising campaigns is a plus.
