• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven **Digital Marketing Executive** with 2–3 years of hands\-on experience in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO, and campaign performance analysis.

You will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving online visibility, managing advertising campaigns, and helping our clients achieve measurable business growth across different industries and markets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage Google Search Ads, Display Ads, remarketing campaigns, and paid social media campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Monitor and optimise advertising budgets to improve lead generation, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads reports, and Looker Studio.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Optimise landing pages, ad copies, creatives, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify effective advertisements, creatives, keywords, and landing page variations.
• Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on\-page optimisation, and website performance monitoring.
• Monitor campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, cost per lead (CPL), and ROAS.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising policies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand business goals and deliver effective marketing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands\-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Experience in campaign setup, keyword selection, audience targeting, budget management, and optimisation.
• Good understanding of SEO, landing page optimisation, and lead generation strategies.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Good communication, coordination, organisational, and time\-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
