Position : Digital Marketing Executive

Location : Delhi (Sainik Farm)

6 day week (WFO)

• *ROLE OBJECTIVE**

We are looking for a young, creative and highly execution\-oriented Digital Marketing \& Creative Content Manager (Females) who can independently manage Meta Balance Healthcare’s digital presence and create high\-quality visual, video and presentation content.

This is not merely a strategy or coordination role. The person should be comfortable shooting, creating, editing, designing and publishing content personally, while also coordinating external resources whenever required.

• *KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / JDA**

\* Manage Meta Balance’s Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social\-media platforms.

\* Plan a monthly/weekly social\-media and content calendar.

\* Shoot good\-quality videos using a professional camera or smartphone setup.

\* Conceptualize, shoot and edit Instagram Reels, short\-form videos, interviews, patient education videos and promotional content.

\* Convert doctors’ talks, conferences, podcasts and longer videos into engaging short\-form content.

\* Create graphics, carousels, posters, invitations and other digital marketing material.

\* Write/edit captions, headlines and basic marketing copy.

\* Manage and regularly update the MetaBalance website, including content, photographs, videos, events and service information.

\* Create attractive, professional PowerPoint presentations for conferences, lectures, business proposals and educational programs.

\* Maintain a consistent MetaBalance brand identity across all digital platforms.

\* Cover important MetaBalance events, workshops, conferences and clinic activities through photography/video and social media.

\* Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, web developers and digital agencies when specialised support is required.

\* Monitor social\-media performance and recommend ways to improve reach, engagement and audience growth.

\* Understand emerging digital trends and translate them appropriately into the healthcare/wellness space.

The person’s performance would primarily be measured on

1\. Consistent Content Output – regular high\-quality reels, videos, posts and stories.

2\. Content Quality – professional visual appearance, storytelling and editing.

3\. Social\-Media Growth – improvement in reach, engagement, followers and meaningful enquiries.

4\. Video Production – ability to independently conceptualise, shoot and edit short\-form video content.

5\. Website Management – ensuring the website remains current, attractive and accurate.

6\. Presentation Quality – professional PowerPoints and visual presentations delivered within deadlines.

7\. Brand Consistency – maintaining a premium, scientific and credible Meta Balance identity.

8\. Turnaround Time – ability to quickly convert ideas, events and discussions into publishable content.

• *DESIRED SKILLS**

The candidate should ideally be proficient in Instagram/Reels, video shooting and editing, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent, PowerPoint, basic photography, website CMS such as WordPress, and social\-media analytics.

Knowledge of AI\-based creative tools for video, images, presentations and content creation would be a major advantage.

• *IDEAL CANDIDATE**

Approximately 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media or creative communications. Experience in healthcare, wellness, longevity, hospitality or premium lifestyle brands would be preferred but is not mandatory.

The most important requirement is that this person should be a creator and executor—not someone who only briefs agencies and supervises other people.
