Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result\-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can manage Meta Ads campaigns and independently design high\-quality advertising creatives. The ideal candidate should understand how to create ads that attract attention, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
• Design original ad creatives, banners, and promotional graphics for marketing campaigns.
• Create professional, engaging, and conversion\-focused advertisements based on campaign objectives.
• Monitor ad performance, lead quality, audience engagement, and campaign spending.
• Test different creatives and audience segments to improve campaign results.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and advertising ROI.
• Coordinate with the team to align marketing campaigns with business goals.

Required Skills

• Hands\-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong graphic designing skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Ability to create original ad creatives independently, without relying on AI\-generated designs.
• Understanding of audience targeting, campaign budgeting, lead generation, and performance analysis.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a practical approach to problem\-solving.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
