• *Responsibilities**

• Develop, execute, and own end\-to\-end SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve rankings across search engines and AI\-powered search platforms.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of both SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), including understanding of current AI and LLM\-driven search algorithms.
• Conduct in\-depth keyword research, search intent mapping, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize on\-page, technical, and off\-page SEO elements to enhance website visibility and performance.
• Monitor website performance using analytics and SEO tools, and provide data\-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with content, design, development, and CRM teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across projects.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, including planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
• Stay updated with search engine updates, AI search trends, and industry best practices, proactively recommending new strategies.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum 3 years of hands\-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or digital\-first environment.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and evolving AI\-driven search behavior.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs and other keyword research tools.
• Solid knowledge of on\-page, technical, and off\-page SEO practices.
• Experience working with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership\-driven attitude.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of PPC and paid advertising platforms is a plus.
