Digital Marketing Executive

We’re seeking a **Digital Marketing Executive** for performance marketing efforts at our resort.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan and execute effective **Google Ads \& Meta Ads** campaigns targeting relevant audiences
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROI, and lower cost\-per\-click
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
• Develop retargeting strategies and custom audience segments
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and ad copy
• Monitor trends and platform updates to adapt strategies accordingly
• Track conversions using **Google Analytics**, and Tag Manager

• *Requirements:**

• 2 plus years of hands\-on experience in **Google Ads and Meta Ads**
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, PPC strategies, and tracking
• Proficiency in **Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics tools**
• Ability to work independently with a goal\-driven mindset
