Job Summary

Realty Rise Group is looking for a creative and result\-oriented **Digital Marketing Executive \& Video Editor** to manage digital marketing activities, create engaging video content, and enhance the company's online presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content, posts, reels, and promotional videos.
• Edit videos for property promotions, project updates, and marketing campaigns.
• Design creative posts, banners, and advertisements using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns and assist with lead generation.
• Develop social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional activities.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and video editing techniques.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other video formats.
• Creative thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation will be an added advantage.

Experience \& Qualification

• **Experience:** 1–3 years preferred; with strong skills and a portfolio may also apply.
• **Qualification:** Graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.
