Digital Marketing Executive

Company: Vishram Management Group (VMG)

Location: Remote (India)

Job Type: Full\-Time \| Permanent

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CST)

Compensation: Up to ₹4,20,000 CTC per year \+ Performance Bonus

Vishram Management Group (VMG) owns and operates supermarkets, restaurants, convenience stores, liquor stores, and other retail businesses across the United States. We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results\-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can increase customer traffic, sales, and brand awareness through digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, AI\-powered content creation, and local marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and data, understands U.S. consumer marketing, and can deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across all VMG brands.
  • Plan monthly marketing calendars and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate seasonal promotions, holidays, community events, and new product launches.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all businesses.

Social Media Management

  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short\-form videos.
  • Increase followers, engagement, and customer interaction.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.

SEO \& Local SEO

  • Improve website rankings on Google through on\-page SEO best practices.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize website content.
  • Write SEO\-friendly landing pages and blog content.
  • Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, images, and internal links.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for every store.
  • Improve Google Maps visibility and local search rankings.
  • Monitor Google Search Console and resolve indexing issues.
  • Track keyword rankings and organic traffic growth.

Paid Advertising

  • Plan and manage Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) Ads.
  • Create and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copy.

AI Marketing \& Content Creation

  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Veo, Kling, or similar platforms.
  • Create AI\-generated marketing copy, graphics, images, and promotional videos.
  • Automate marketing workflows where appropriate.
  • Stay current with emerging AI marketing technologies.

Website Management

  • Update website content and promotional pages.
  • Create landing pages for campaigns.
  • Coordinate with developers for technical improvements when needed.
  • Ensure marketing content is accurate and current.

Email \& SMS Marketing

  • Develop email campaigns and customer newsletters.
  • Create customer retention campaigns.
  • Improve open rates, click\-through rates, and conversions.
  • Support loyalty and promotional marketing.

Online Reputation Management

  • Monitor Google and Facebook reviews.
  • Respond professionally to customer feedback.
  • Improve overall online ratings and customer satisfaction.
  • Encourage positive customer reviews through marketing initiatives.

Analytics \& Reporting

Track and report

  • Sales generated from campaigns
  • Return on advertising spend (ROAS)
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Website traffic
  • Organic search performance
  • Social media engagement
  • Google Business Profile insights
  • Email marketing performance
  • Campaign ROI

Provide weekly and monthly reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2\+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and local SEO.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, hospitality, or consumer brands is preferred.
