Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Digital Marketing Expert** with a minimum of **3 years of proven experience** in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lead generation, branding, content strategy, social media marketing, and performance marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate quality student leads.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on **Google Ads, Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube**.
• Optimize website performance through **SEO** and improve search engine rankings.
• Manage and grow Route Academy's social media presence across all major platforms.
• Create engaging content, including posts, blogs, videos, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the admissions, placement, and design teams to execute marketing campaigns.
• Manage email marketing, remarketing campaigns, and marketing automation.
• Track competitor activities and recommend innovative digital marketing strategies.
• Ensure maximum ROI on all digital marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

• Minimum **3 years of hands\-on experience** in Digital Marketing.

• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
