JOB PURPOSE
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, showroom footfall, lead generation, and online sales for the jewellery business.
The role focuses on promoting jewellery collections, offers, campaigns, and brand presence across digital platforms while maintaining premium brand positioning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDigital Marketing \& Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across online platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns for seasonal and festive collections.
Social Media Management
- Manage daily content publishing across social media channels.
- Create engaging content including reels, stories, posts, and promotions.
- Build audience engagement and respond to customer interactions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Content \& Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and content teams.
- Develop promotional captions, campaign concepts, and product communication.
- Support showroom events and collection launches through digital promotions.
Website \& Lead Management
- Maintain and update website content.
- Monitor website performance and user engagement.
- Track inquiries and coordinate customer follow\-ups.
SEO \& Performance Marketing
- Support search visibility and digital growth initiatives.
- Execute and optimize online advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign KPIs and improve ROI.
Analytics \& Reporting
- Track marketing metrics and prepare periodic reports.
- Measure lead generation, engagement, conversion, and campaign performance.
- Present insights and recommendations to Management.
Market \& Competitor Analysis
- Monitor jewellery market trends and competitor activities.
- Suggest new campaign ideas and customer acquisition strategies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- 0–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Retail industry preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
- Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
