Key Responsibilities
1\.Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) and Google Ads.
2\.Support audience research, campaign setup, and ad performance monitoring.
3\.Help conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging.
4\. Track campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
1\.Monitor daily marketing performance and lead generation metrics.
2\.Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports and dashboards.
3\.Analyze customer journeys and identify drop\-off points in the marketing funnel.
4\.Support growth experiments and provide recommendations based on data insights.
1\.Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
2\.Assist in developing ad copies, captions, blogs, reels, and short\-form video content.
3\.Coordinate with design teams to create engaging marketing creatives.
4\.Maintain content calendars and ensure timely campaign execution.
1\.Support implementation of tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
2\.Help maintain marketing databases and CRM records.
3\.Document successful campaigns, learnings, and marketing processes.
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
