● Manage, monitor, and optimize digital marketing activities across all social media platforms.
● Write high\-quality, keyword\-oriented content with a strong focus on SEO.
● Assist in designing and optimizing marketing and automation workflows.
● Track, analyze, and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics to improve conversions.
● Create UGC\-style content when required and coordinate with design, web, and client teams.
● Prepare detailed social media performance reports using tools such as Looker Studio and others.
● Work with platforms like **AI Sensy** for WhatsApp automation and **HubSpot** for tracking marketing activities.
● Stay updated with current digital trends, tools, and industry innovations.
● Strong understanding of SMM, SMO, Digital Marketing fundamentals, and content strategy.
● Basic knowledge of marketing automation and WhatsApp automation tools.
● Analytical mindset with familiarity in web analytics tools.
● Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
● Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing concepts.
● Prior experience in social media management is an added advantage.
● Must stay updated with current trends and be comfortable using AI tools.
