Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Digital Marketing \& Lead Generation Executive to drive online lead generation efforts for our interior design business. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing social media platforms, running paid advertising campaigns, generating qualified leads, and improving brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified residential and commercial interior design leads through digital channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule engaging content, reels, creatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track lead status and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage website inquiries and landing page campaigns.
• Maintain and update lead generation reports and marketing dashboards.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.
• Work towards monthly lead generation and cost\-per\-lead targets.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion tracking.
• Experience with social media marketing and content planning.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in digital marketing will be an added advantage.

• Weekly Off: Tuesday
• Full\-Time, Work From Office

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
