• *Key Responsibilities**: Design and execute lead generation campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms.

Manage and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead quality.

Develop and manage SEO strategies and oversee website performance.

Coordinate email marketing workflows for nurturing leads and re\-targeting.

Create and review engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and copy for campaign effectiveness.

Analyze campaign data and prepare reports for continuous performance improvement.

Ensure timely execution of digital plans and strict budget adherence.

• *Requirements**: Proven experience in digital marketing for real estate lead generation (minimum 2\-3 years).

Hands\-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and email automation tools.

Strong grasp of SEO, website analytics, and CRM integration.

Knowledge of design tools (like Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
