Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Generate quality leads through paid advertising and organic marketing strategies.
• Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and brand communication.
• Create and oversee ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and improve ROI.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to achieve marketing goals.
• Manage website updates, SEO activities, and lead tracking systems.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 3\+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and Lead Generation Campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Canva, AI tools, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B Marketing, Agriculture, Food Processing, Industrial Projects, or Capital Equipment Industries.
• Knowledge of lead generation funnels and performance marketing.

Pay: ₹14,409\.28 \- ₹58,680\.19 per month
