Job Overview

Ara Web Technologies is looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with **mandatory digital marketing agency experience** to manage client campaigns, lead generation, social media, SEO, and performance marketing.

The candidate must have hands\-on experience managing multiple clients and delivering measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Meta Ads \& Performance Marketing**

• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Manage lead generation, conversion, and retargeting campaigns.
• Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, and campaign performance.
• Optimize advertising budgets and improve ROI.

• *2\. Google Ads**

• Manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, and conversions.
• Monitor budgets and campaign performance.

• *3\. Social Media Management**

• Develop social media strategies for multiple clients.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create content calendars and marketing plans.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
• Monitor engagement and account growth.

• *4\. SEO Management**

• Develop and implement on\-page and off\-page SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Manage technical SEO, backlinks, and website optimization.
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and SEO performance.

• *5\. Client \& Team Management**

• Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Understand client requirements and develop marketing strategies.
• Manage and guide the digital marketing team.
• Prepare monthly reports and performance presentations.
• Ensure timely execution of client deliverables.

Mandatory Requirements

• **Minimum 1 \-3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory.**
• Strong hands\-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven expertise in SEO and social media management.
• Experience handling multiple clients and marketing budgets.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client\-management skills.
• Ability to manage campaigns independently and deliver results.
