Digital Marketing Manager

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Generate quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize performance to achieve the best ROI.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Oversee social media marketing, content planning, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Monitor website performance and ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and CRM integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.
• Work closely with designers, content writers, and developers for campaign execution.
