We are looking for an experienced and performance\-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale digital growth for our D2C brands. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in performance marketing, brand strategy, customer acquisition, retention marketing, analytics, and omnichannel campaign management.
The candidate must have strong hands\-on experience managing large\-scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms while driving ROI, ROAS, customer growth, and brand visibility.
This role requires someone who understands the complete D2C ecosystem — from awareness campaigns to conversion optimization and retention strategies.

- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize high\-budget performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, sales, and brand growth through data\-driven marketing strategies.
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, and overall campaign profitability.
