Digital Marketing Manager

• Develop, implement, and optimize result\-oriented digital marketing strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and manage SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and branding campaigns to maximize online presence and engagement.
• Drive lead generation initiatives and implement customer acquisition strategies to increase conversions and revenue.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using key marketing metrics (KPIs), ROI, and analytics tools, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
• Collaborate closely with the Content, Design, Sales, and Business Development teams to ensure consistent branding and successful campaign execution.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the Digital Marketing team to achieve departmental goals and maintain high performance standards.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices, and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
