• *About the role**

We’re looking for a results\-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, run and optimize lead generation campaigns for leading universities and education brands.

• *What you’ll do**

• Run lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms
• Hit target CPL and maximize ROI on paid campaigns
• Build landing page strategies and improve conversion rates
• Track performance in Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, and share weekly/monthly reports
• Handle keyword research and basic SEO
• Work with content and creative teams on campaign creatives
• Keep up with platform updates and industry trends

• *What you need**

• 2\+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation
• Strong hands\-on skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console
• Experience with CRM integration and lead tracking
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, remarketing and conversion optimization
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Education/EdTech experience is a plus
