Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager / Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign management, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
Generate quality leads and optimize cost\-per\-lead (CPL)
Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Manage SEO, social media marketing, and content promotion strategies
Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion
Track website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
Skills Required
Hands\-on experience with Google Ads \& Meta Ads
Strong knowledge of Lead Generation Campaigns
Google Analytics \& Google Tag Manager
SEO \& Social Media Marketing
Campaign Optimization \& Performance Marketing
Budget Planning \& ROI Analysis
Excellent Communication \& Reporting Skills
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred
Google Ads \& Meta Certification will be an added advantage
