We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital presence and drive brand growth across all online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, overseeing content creation, and driving audience engagement through innovative campaigns.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and growth.
• Lead and manage all social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
• Plan, create, and oversee high\-quality content including reels, carousels, videos, podcasts, blogs, and other digital assets.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Drive lead generation, audience growth, and community engagement through organic and paid digital initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data\-driven insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, videographers, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and emerging digital marketing practices.
• Develop influencer marketing, partnership, and brand collaboration strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for market expansion.
• Prepare performance reports and present key insights and recommendations to leadership.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content strategy.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms..
• Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, analytics tools, and performance marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of audience behavior and digital trends.
