Job Description
You will own paid acquisition end\-to\-end across Meta and Google. This is not a "set it and forget it" role — you'll be in the ad accounts daily, reading the data, killing what doesn't work, scaling what does, and constantly testing new creatives and audiences. You'll work directly with the founder and have real ownership over growth.
Key Responsibilities
- *Ad Management \& Optimization**
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube)
- Monitor campaigns daily — track spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, AOV, and conversion rates; act fast on what the numbers say
- Manage budget allocation across campaigns so winning campaigns get funded and underperformers get cut — no emotional attachment to losing ads
- Run full\-funnel campaigns: prospecting, retargeting, and retention
- *Data \& Analytics**
- Build and maintain weekly performance reports (spend, revenue, ROAS by campaign/channel/product category)
- Analyze which products, collections, and price points convert best on paid channels
- Track attribution across website, WhatsApp, and marketplace channels; understand the difference between platform\-reported and actual business ROAS
- Set up and audit pixels, conversion events, catalogs, and Google Analytics/GA4
- *Creative Experimentation**
- Develop creative testing frameworks — hooks, formats (static, carousel, reels/video), messaging angles, and offers
- Brief and collaborate with content/design on ad creatives; write compelling ad copy in English (Tamil a plus)
- Maintain a structured testing log: what was tested, what won, what we learned
- Stay on top of ethnic wear/fashion ad trends and competitor creatives
- *Growth \& Strategy**
- Plan campaign calendars around festive seasons, launches, and sale events
- Contribute ideas beyond ads: landing page improvements, offer structures, bundling, WhatsApp funnels
- Own scaling targets with healthy unit economics — growth that makes money, not vanity numbers
Must\-Haves
- 2\+ years hands\-on experience running Meta and Google ad accounts with meaningful budgets (₹3L\+/month preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling spend while maintaining or improving ROAS — be ready to show real numbers in the interview
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable in Excel/Sheets, can build reports and find insights independently
- Deep understanding of the Meta Ads ecosystem: CBO vs ABO, Advantage\+ shopping, DABA/catalog ads, audience strategy
- Working knowledge of Google Ads: Shopping, PMax, Search
- A marketer's instinct — you understand customers, hooks, and why someone stops scrolling
- Self\-driven and accountable; you don't wait to be told the account needs attention
Good\-to\-Haves
- Experience in fashion, ethnic wear, or apparel D2C brands
- Familiarity with Shopify, WhatsApp commerce, and marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Meesho)
- Basic creative skills (Canva, video editing) to move fast on test creatives.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
