Position Overview

Elite Proteins is looking for a highly creative and performance\-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the company's digital growth initiatives, increase brand awareness, and drive online sales across ecommerce and direct\-to\-consumer channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand promotions.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through performance marketing initiatives.
• Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing activities.
• Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Handle website management and updates through **WordPress**.
• Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage marketplace marketing activities across Amazon, Flipkart, HealthKart, and other ecommerce platforms.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present actionable insights.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Hands\-on experience in Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and ecommerce marketing.
• **Working knowledge of WordPress website management and updates.**
• Experience in influencer marketing and social media management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Sports Nutrition, Health \& Wellness, FMCG, or Ecommerce industries.
• Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
