Job description

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our online presence, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media campaigns.
• Generate quality leads and optimise campaign performance.
• Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and conversion rates.
• Manage the website, social media platforms, and online reputation.
• Analyse campaign reports and implement improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with the sales and telecalling teams for lead conversion.
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing and team management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics.
• Experience in lead generation and campaign optimisation.
• Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Healthcare or IVF industry experience is an advantage.
