Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced **Digital Marketing Manager** to lead and manage both the **Digital Marketing and Web Development (Coding) teams**. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies while coordinating with technical teams to ensure effective website performance and business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage Digital Marketing and Web Development teams
• Plan and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
• Manage SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Oversee website development, updates, and performance optimization
• Coordinate with developers for Shopify/WordPress improvements and landing page development
• Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights
• Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, content, and development
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 3–5\+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing
• Hands\-on experience with WordPress and/or Shopify preferred
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively
• Experience handling both technical and marketing teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
