• *Job Summary:**

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all marketing activities for the salon and spa. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing knowledge, creativity, leadership skills, and experience in both digital and offline marketing.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create and manage monthly marketing calendars and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate and oversee content creation including photos, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
• Manage online reputation by monitoring customer reviews and feedback.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Develop customer retention and loyalty programs.
• Plan and execute seasonal offers, festive campaigns, and special promotions.
• Coordinate with influencers, media partners, and local businesses for collaborations.
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Work closely with salon operations and management teams to achieve business goals.

• *Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
• Experience in managing content creators, photographers and media team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in Salon, Spa, Beauty, Wellness, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, or FMCG industries.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
• Experience working with influencers and content creators.
• Graphic design or content creation knowledge will be an added advantage.
