Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results\-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead Monkey Tribe's digital presence and marketing initiatives. The role involves developing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, driving online engagement, generating leads, and increasing brand visibility and bookings across all Monkey Tribe properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and coordinate content calendars, campaigns, reels, stories, and promotional activities.
• Drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and online growth.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights, and prepare marketing reports.
• Coordinate with the content creation team, property managers, and operations team.
• Develop promotional campaigns, offers, and marketing strategies to increase bookings.
• Drive website traffic, enquiries, and booking conversions.
• Track marketing performance and achieve assigned marketing targets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of SEO, analytics, and content strategy.
• Creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism marketing is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
