Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – Lead Generation
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven Digital Marketing Manager to drive qualified lead generation for our construction and real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that generate high\-quality leads, increase brand visibility, and support sales objectives. The role requires expertise in performance marketing, campaign management, marketing automation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation \& Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on generating qualified leads for construction projects, residential and commercial properties.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage lead generation funnels to maximize conversions and minimize cost per lead.
- Monitor lead quality and work closely with the sales team to improve lead\-to\-conversion rates.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns to nurture prospects.
Digital Strategy \& Campaign Management
- Develop annual and quarterly digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and monitor SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Identify new digital channels and opportunities for customer acquisition.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on campaigns.
Website \& Landing Page Optimization
- Oversee website performance and user experience.
- Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Work with designers and developers to ensure effective lead capture mechanisms.
Content \& Brand Management
- Develop compelling marketing content, including project promotions, blogs, videos, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
Analytics \& Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing dashboards.
- Analyze key metrics such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
CRM \& Marketing Automation
- Manage CRM integration and lead nurturing workflows.
- Ensure timely lead allocation and tracking throughout the sales funnel.
- Develop automated email and follow\-up campaigns to improve customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelors degree.
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Experience in the construction, real estate, infrastructure, or related industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Proven track record of generating and converting digital leads into business opportunities.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
