Digital Marketing Manager

Shruti Silks, an expanding boutique focused on premium silk sarees and personalised stitching services, seeks a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to own and enhance our digital presence. In this role, you will be the primary content creator and community manager, responsible for producing engaging short-form videos like Reels for Instagram and YouTube, curating and scheduling daily posts with strategic captions and hashtags, and photographing products for our catalogue. You will actively engage with our audience by responding to comments and direct messages to foster relationships and drive conversions. The position involves executing and monitoring basic paid advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, while also tracking key performance metrics such as follower growth, reach, and engagement to propose data-driven improvements. The ideal candidate possesses strong familiarity with Instagram and YouTube ecosystems, along with skills in shooting and editing video content.
