Key Responsibilities

1\. Lead the AI transformation of the entire marketing department — audit existing workflows and deliver a phased AI implementation roadmap within the first 30 days.

2\. Deploy AI\-powered lead generation funnels for Canada immigration (Express Entry, PNP, PGWP), Indian study abroad, and Africa work permit campaigns — targeting 10–20 qualified leads per day per office.

3\. Build and manage WhatsApp AI chatbots across all offices — automating eligibility screening, document checklists, and consultation booking.

4\. Produce weekly multilingual AI video content using HeyGen or Synthesia avatars in Hindi, French, and English for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and WhatsApp broadcast campaigns.

5\. Manage and optimize CRM intelligence in Kylas — implement lead scoring, auto\-tagging by visa category, and escalation triggers for high\-intent prospects.

6\. Run self\-optimizing paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google — managing budgets across India and all Africa offices simultaneously. Also need proper budget handling overall marketing channels including Organic \& Paid

7\. Build automated email and SMS nurture sequences segmented by immigration pathway, country of origin, and lead temperature.

8\. Establish AI content production SOPs — prompt libraries, brand tone guidelines, and quality control checklists for the team.

9\. Report weekly to the CEO with KPI dashboards — leads generated, cost per lead, conversion rates, and automation uptime by country.

10\. Pilot Voice AI outbound calling using Bland AI or Vapi.ai — targeting a 60%\+ reduction in manual calling hours.

Who We Are Looking For

Must Have

5\+ years marketing experience with 1\+ year hands\-on in AI tools

Proven deployment of WhatsApp chatbots or AI lead funnels

Fluent in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with AI optimization

Working knowledge of at least one CRM (Kylas, HubSpot, or Zoho)

Hands\-on use of Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini in professional work

Strong written English; Hindi is essential

Based in or willing to relocate to Ludhiana Strong Advantage

Experience in immigration, visa, legal, or education sector

Knowledge of French or Arabic for Africa/Francophone campaigns

Hands\-on with Make, Zapier, or n8n automation workflows

Experience with HeyGen, Synthesia, or Creatify

Familiarity with Voice AI: Bland AI, Vapi, or ElevenLabs

Understanding of Express Entry, PNP, and PGWP programs

Prior multi\-country marketing management experience
